Customer Experienced Product Quality - could sustainability be one of the quality dimensions ?

Summary of thesis

My predecessor at UNIGE under Prof Paulssen had Formulated and validated a multi dimensional second order formative construct to measure quality of consumer products as experienced by customers. I am joining this research and in coming weeks will suggest few research areas around consumer protection , sustainability and intention-behaviour gap theory. By mid 2022 I would be clearer with the direction of research.
