Simon Gächter (University of Nottingham) Simon's main research interests are on voluntary cooperation in the presence of free rider incentives, and on the interplay of material and psychological incentives. His work is interdisciplinary and uses tools of (cross-cultural) experimental economics.
Robert Dur (Erasmus University Rotterdam) Robert's research interests include personnel economics, organization economics, and behavioral economics. He works on both theory and empirics. Currently, he is undertaking a series of field experiments in companies and public-sector organizations on the effects of incentive pay and feedback on workers' performance and well-being.
Giovanna d'Adda (University of Milan) Giovanna's research uses laboratory and field experiments to investigate key drivers of pro-social behavior, such as institutions, norms, and leadership structures. In recent years, she has applied insights from behavioral economics to energy and environmental conservation. |
